·  This is a fundraising event to support the Harbor Days committee. 

·  Our portion of funds raised goes to the fireworks display.

2024 we raised and donated $8000. 

·  This is onsite of the Elk Rapids Marina.

The boat launch is a public launch located right next to the marina. 

.·  In Water displays will be in slips. Parking for boat trailers will be made available.

·  There will be staff available to assist with launching and moving your boat and trailer for you. 

·  Max LOA for in water is 25’. 

·  Max Beam is 10’

·  On Land displays will be in the parking lot.

·  Boats can be brought in the evening before from 3pm – 8pm

Or the morning of between 7:30 -9am.

•  Show starts at 10am and ends at 3pm

·  Awards will be announced at 1pm 

Boats can remain onsite until 7pm n answer to this item.

·  Since this is a fundraising event, we want to keep the atmosphere light and fun. Our judging is Best of Show, at least until we grow big enough to have multiple boats in categories.

·  Coffee and pastries will be provided in the morning for participants, vendors and sponsors.

The Dam Shop will be open for the full day for any additional food and beverages. They are located onsite

Elk Rapids is a tight community that notices and supports those businesses that show up and support the community. This event cannot do it without fellow business support. As they say, it takes a village.
